Once you send the parts’ design, quote will be shared within 1 or 2 days.
Mold Design
Focus on structural integrity, cooling efficiency, gating system, and manufacturability. Design complexity determines duration.
Documentation of trial results, measurement data, and improvement plans. Client approval (SER sign-off) triggers mass production readiness.
Order Confirmation & Planning
Formal acceptance of purchase order (PO), deposit payment, and production scheduling with confirmed delivery timeline.
Material Procurement & Preparation
Purchasing of mold steels (e.g., H13 for hot work) followed by cutting, forging, and annealing.
Trial Run (T0) & Optimization
Initial mold testing on an injection machine. Adjustments made to gating, cooling, or ejection based on part defects (sink marks, warpage). Samples undergo dimensional verification against design.
Production Release & Delivery
